You say "Technically in more recent versions of exchange the connector is not supported." which is something I had heard, but I can't find that documented anywhere. Any idea where it is that Microsoft has said this? Any links, perhaps?

Also, and I admit that I have ulterior motives because our CoexLinks product is targeted at this problem, how does your customer handle doclinks in their SMTP solution?
